Product Manager

We are looking for: Product Manager General info: Location: remote Start: ASAP Duration: long-term General info: contract, full-time Rate: 160 - 200 PLN/h/B2B Responsibilities: Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with business objectives. Manage a portfolio of business processes and technology solutions within the assigned product area. Develop and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap. Identify business opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product initiatives. Coordinate multiple teams responsible for product development and maintenance. Manage Product Owners responsible for individual product components or workstreams. Prioritize initiatives and make decisions regarding the product roadmap. Monitor product performance and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Ensure architectural, process, and organizational consistency across the product area. Promote a product-oriented culture and support the organization's transition from a project-based to a product-led operating model. Requirements: Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or in a similar strategic role. Proven track record of building and developing digital products or business and technology domains. Strong experience in defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and managing business priorities. Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups. Strong leadership skills and experience managing Product Owners or product workstream leads. Excellent understanding of business processes and how they translate into technology solutions. Experience in an organization transitioning from a project-based to a product-led operating model is an advantage. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage. Knowledge of SAP environments and business processes supported by SAP, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Retail, or Logistics, is a strong advantage.
