Test Automation Specialist

About the project, We are looking for an experienced and analytical Automation Test Specialist who is passionate about quality and driven by a proactive, automation-first mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery within a complex IT and business environment.

Your responsibilities, Define and evolve test strategies in Agile/DevOps environments, Execute end-to-end testing (unit, integration, acceptance, regression), Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, Analyze test data and perform root cause/failure analysis, Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business, Identify opportunities for quality improvements and process optimization

Proven experience in software testing, including test automation, Strong knowledge of Python and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca), Experience with SQL and data analysis, Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Very good command of English (min. B2/C1), Strong analytical skills and attention to quality, Ability to collaborate effectively in complex IT-business landscapes

Optional, Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Experience in end-to-end / integration testing environments, Knowledge of compliance processes or financial industry context
