We are currently seeking individual to join us as a Quality Specialist. The purpose of this role is to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across projects in alignment with company procedures, client requirements, and ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management
- Plan and implement quality management processes across projects
- Develop and manage Project Specific Quality Plans (PSQP/DQCP)
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements
- Monitor and enforce quality processes throughout project lifecycle
- Quality Control
- Oversee quality control processes during project execution
- Coordinate technical reviews and interdisciplinary reviews
- Track and ensure closure of review comments
- Approve deliverables by confirming QC process completion
- Audits and Continuous Improvement
- Plan and conduct internal and project audits
- Manage non-conformities (NCR), CAPA and corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements
- Maintain lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report quality KPIs
- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Present quality performance to stakeholders
- Project and Team Support
- Support project teams in applying quality processes
- Deliver training on quality systems and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Interface with clients and stakeholders on quality matters
- Systems and Tools
- Manage quality systems and tools (e.g., Intelex, Polaris, SharePoint, ProjectWise)
- Maintain documentation, registers, and databases
- Support digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives in quality
- Advanced/Project Lifecycle Responsibilities
- Support project initiation, execution, and closeout phases
- Monitor planning tools and ensure quality deliverables are completed
- Ensure documentation archiving and knowledge sharing

Here's what you'll need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related Quality discipline, or 5 years of related design quality experience
- English language skills minimum at advanced level (B2 in EU)
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary international teams
- The ability to organize your working time based on assigned tasks
- Experience in project/design coordination and in applying quality in projects and deliverables
- The ability to analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and leadership abilities
- Consistently ensures strict adherence to established processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 Standards requirements and project delivery processes
- Motivated and enthusiastic to develop and learn
- Personal skills: well organized, ability to work in a team of engineers, designers and managers
