YOUR TASKS 

• Preparing billings of transport costs  
• Preparing cost settlements with other DSV branches 
• Verification of the correctness of subcontractors ' invoices 
• Completing and distributing transport documents 
• Preparing revenue settlements 
• Conducting settlements of pallet trading with customers and subcontractors 
• Document scanning 

OUR EXPECTATIONS 

• Experience in office work would be an  asset.
• Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel) 
• Ability to work with numbers 
• Accuracy and good organization of work 
• Engagement in the duties you perform 
• Knowledge of Polish and English language 
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others
