Associate Director, TAIP Principal Analyst - Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning (TAIP)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead trial analytics planning and execution across global clinical studies. The role involves managing a team of analysts, translating study objectives into analytical workstreams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize trial delivery and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own study-level analytics planning and delivery from protocol concept through trial execution
• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 analysts, ensuring coordinated execution of high-quality deliverables
• Translate study objectives into analytical workstreams including feasibility, enrollment forecasting, and dashboards
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to support trial optimization and acceleration
• Coordinate with field teams and clinical supply partners to align feasibility strategies with operational requirements

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent in relevant field
• 6–8+ years clinical analytics, management consulting, or trial strategy experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in Oncology, Neuroscience, Cell Therapy, Hematology, Immunology, or Cardiovascular
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong structured problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, R, or Python

Compensation: zł392,090 - zł475,118
