Our Client is a Scandinavian organization operating across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany. The Shared Services Center in Gdańsk brings together specialists in Accounting, HR, and IT, supporting international operations within a modern and collaborative environment. Due to continued growth, the company is strengthening its leadership structure by expanding the RTR team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the RTR team (1:1s, performance reviews, feedback)
• Manage daily operations, workload allocation, and prioritization
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance
• Support complex accounting and closing activities
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and process transitions
• Lead operational and team meetings across markets

Employer requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience and at least 1 year in a team leader role
• Strong English skills (B2/C1)
• Very good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Experience in SSC or international environment is an advantage
• Proactive mindset, accountability, and business maturity
