Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media Management and PPC advertising
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing eCommerce marketing campaigns
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout)
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns accordingly
  • Experience using Google Analytics and performance dashboards
  • Eager to learn, open to new challenges, and willing to undergo training or upskilling to grow professionally
  • Bonus to have:
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with Shopify, including editing layouts, updating product photos, and listing products.

Core responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar
  • Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and customer interactions
  • Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, promotions, and seasonal launches
  • Track and report on engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation
  • Optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and cost per acquisition
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimise underperforming ones
