  • Build trusted relationships with clients, technology partners and delivery teams; coordinate workstreams and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

  • Ability to independently lead workshops, facilitate discussions and align business and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1+), including executive storytelling and structured thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work autonomously and take accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

  • End‑to‑end MDM / MDG implementation experience (operating model, domains, processes, tool selection, integrations).
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP and SAP MDG.
  • Professional communication skills in German, enabling participation in workshops, interviews and presentations with German‑speaking clients.
  • Experience designing data strategies and operating models for modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) and understanding their governance implications.
  • Understanding of Data Management and Data Governance Frameworks.

Benefits

  • Work flexibility – openness for your preferences regarding contract form, hybrid working model, flexible start of the day, workation, sabbatical leave and additional summer solutions (e.g. Slow Fridays).
