SAP SD Senior Business Analyst

Expected, SAP, OTC, SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA

Your responsibilities, Lead workshops and gather business requirements from sales and business stakeholders, Analyse and document business processes and functional requirements, Prepare functional specifications and solution designs, Configure SAP SD within the Order-to-Cash area, Support order management, pricing, billing and returns processes, Investigate and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM) and integration teams, Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous optimisation initiatives, Work independently within project teams while ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks

Commercial experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst, Strong knowledge of SAP SD in ECC and S/4HANA, Experience with the Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process, Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and functional design, Ability to conduct business workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders, Experience preparing functional documentation and specifications, Knowledge of defect management and issue resolution, Experience working in international project environments, Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Optional, Experience with SAP Business AI for OTC, Knowledge of Extensions & Agents for LoB & Industry for SAP OTC, Experience integrating SAP SD with MM and FICO, Previous experience in global SAP transformation or S/4HANA migration projects
