About the project, We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works on for a client from French public sector., , Tech stack on the project:​ Windows, VTOM, Kubernetes

Your responsibilities, Administration and maintenance of business applications for a French-speaking client, Monitoring application performance and ensuring high availability and stability, Incident and problem management (2nd line support), including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, Implementation of changes, fixes, and updates, Collaboration with cross-functional teams, Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures, Continuous improvement of system performance and reliability

Very good command of French (min. B2/C1) – daily communication with the client, Experience in application administration / application support, Knowledge of operating systems, Experience with Kubernetes (containerized environments), Knowledge of VTOM (or similar scheduling tools), Hands-on experience in application monitoring and incident analysis, Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
