We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of how our products are presented, structured and discovered across Packhelp.com, partner websites and marketplaces. You’ll combine strong attention to detail with an e-commerce mindset — making sure our product data is accurate, our listings are clear, and the shopping experience keeps getting better. Your duties:

• Manage the product catalogue across packhelp.com , partner websites and marketplaces — adding new products and keeping the existing offer up to date
• Ensure the quality, consistency and accuracy of product data in our PIM system, including data that feeds our product configurators and 3D Editor
• Optimise product listings, product pages, categories, filters, sorting and search results to improve user experience and conversion
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, manage priorities and implement changes efficiently and accurately
• Work closely with Product, Category Management, Marketing, SEO and Pricing teams to develop and optimise the shopping experience

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising or a similar role
• Experience managing product catalogues and adding or updating products across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or partner websites
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A self-driven and proactive approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable using LLM-based tools to automate tasks and improve processes
• English at B1+ level

Nice to have

• Experience analysing data using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Power BI or similar, and turning insights into concrete actions
• Basic knowledge of SEO and product listing and product page optimisation
• An interest in UX and a desire to develop in the area of customer journey optimisation — including creating clear messaging and UX copy that helps customers understand the offer and move smoothly through the ordering process
