Customer Support Specialist with German or French

Your responsibilities, Deliver professional support to customers via phone, email, and online channels., Assist users with product-related questions and provide guidance on product usage., Investigate customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions., Manage and monitor customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution., Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external service providers when required., Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases., Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and customer satisfaction., Build expertise in products, services, and customer support procedures.

Fluency in German or French (C1 level or higher)., Good command of English and Polish for communication within the international team., Strong communication and interpersonal skills., Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving., Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases effectively.

Optional, Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
