Recruitment for

Join the team working on a new greenfield project in Poland for a global technology and engineering company that builds critical infrastructure for IT, energy and thermal performance. Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position: Production Manager (m/f).

Your responsibilities

  • plan, coordinate, and control all aspects of production to ensure efficient manufacturing processes,
  • manage the production schedule to meet customer demands and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilization,
  • manage cost control by monitoring labor, material usage, and overheads; implement initiatives to improve margins and reduce waste,
  • lead, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement,
  • monitor employee performance, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans as needed,
  • ensure all products meet company quality standards and industry specifications,
  • work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address defects or process inefficiencies,
  • identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies as appropriate,
  • monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve efficiency,
  • develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective operations,
  • analyze production costs and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

Our requirements

  • education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field,
  • minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the HVAC or heat exchanger industry,
  • strong knowledge of air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing processes and materials,
  • proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools,
  • familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies,
  • strong leadership and team management abilities,
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills.
