UNIQLO UMC Graduate Programme is a 12‑month immersive leadership training that places you in real retail operations from day one. You will develop business insight, operational excellence, and people‑management skills while leading a store team under the LifeWear philosophy.

Programme Structure

• Months 1–4: Foundations
  • Start as a sales associate on the shop floor.
  • Master customer service, fitting room etiquette, deliveries, and replenishment.
  • Learn checkout processes and operational details.
• Months 5–6: Supervisor
  • Lead daily operations and supervise colleagues.
  • Coordinate scheduling and train new team members.
  • Own a key product category and manage sales performance.
• Months 7–12: Store Manager Partner
  • Take responsibility for sales floor layout and store optimisation.
  • Develop staff training plans and conduct staff development.
  • Perform store audits and maintain brand standards.
  • Plan weekly scheduling based on sales projections.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, manage inventory and handle crisis situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with permanent work authorization in Poland.
