Business Analyst - Consumer IT Solutions (Finance)

Your responsibilities, Provide ongoing support for business applications, particularly within the Finance module., Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new demands and change requests., Understand business challenges and propose effective solutions, scalable solutions., Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and IT partner for Finance stakeholders., Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Europe., Support the implementation and optimization of finance-related processes (e.g. AR, AP, Billing, Invoicing), Drive improvements through automation and system integration (EDI, API, RPA)., Participate in system implementations., Provide training and ensure adoption of standard processes and solutions., Ensure alignment with standard models and promote best practices., Contribute to cross-functional projects and support change management initiatives., Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support change initiatives., Participate in international projects., Travel to offices and production sites across Europe as required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT, or Finance-related roles., Degree in IT, Business, Finance or equivalent., Solid understanding of Finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing and Invoicing., Experience working in technology or IT environments., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into system requirements., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Ability to influence without direct authority., Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment., Experience or exposure to ERP systems., Willingness to travel.

Optional, Knowledge of integration and automation (API, EDI, RPA)., Experience with operational management systems., Background in manufacturing, packaging or printing industry., Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools., Experience in international environments.
