Senior Lead ServiceNow Developer - CSM (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project delivered for our client, a global healthcare company.

Your responsibilities, Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions, Coordinate development activities and ensure technical quality across the delivery team, Support solution implementation, integrations, testing, and deployment activities, Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery planning, Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders, Support backlog refinement and translate business requirements into technical solutions, Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, Ensure alignment with technical standards, governance, and project objectives

Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including leadership responsibilities, Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly Customer Service Management, Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks, Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, Strong knowledge of business process modelling and solution design principles, Proven capability to lead development activities and coordinate technical delivery, Good understanding of system integrations and ServiceNow platform development, Familiarity with code review practices and technical governance standards, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders and teams
