Application Architect (Temenos Transact)

Requirements:

• Temenos Transact experience
• Advanced level of proficiency in Applications Architecture
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications.
• Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.
• Be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for application architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to optimize application performance.
