Senior D365 CE Administrator

Your future company

For our Client, we are looking for a  Senior D365 CE Administrator who will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. The main focus of this role is to ensure system stability, manage user requests, perform configuration tasks, and support business users. You will also be involved in the ongoing improvement and development of the system, while more complex implementation and development activities will be delivered in cooperation with an external partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably including full implementations, migrations, system maintenance and development).
• Strong understanding of D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Dataverse)
• Experience with Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications at Associate or Expert level, e.g. (Power Platform Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate)
• Fluent English language
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the D365 queue by resolving defects, handling change and configuration requests, and supporting process improvements.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Dynamics 365.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Configure and customize D365 modules to meet business needs.
• Coordinate updates, patches, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain system documentation and support end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, backups, and compliance with organizational policies.
