For our Client, an international private debt company, specializing in secured corporate lending and short-term financing solutions. The company provides flexible financing primarily secured by real estate assets, supporting entrepreneurs, investors and corporate clients across Poland. As part of its ambitious growth strategy, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Origination to lead business development activities, originate new financing opportunities and drive the expansion of its secured lending portfolio. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven deal originator who combines a strong market reputation, an established professional network, and a proven ability to source and execute high-quality financing transactions.

Requirements

• proven experience in Private Debt, Private Credit, Secured Lending, Corporate Lending, and Real Estate Finance or a closely related field,
• demonstrated success in originating and closing secured financing transactions,
• strong existing network of entrepreneurs, business owners, real estate developers, investors, family offices, financial advisers and intermediaries,
• proven ability to consistently generate high-quality deal flow and originate new lending opportunities,
• solid understanding of secured corporate lending, collateral structures and credit transactions,
• strong commercial judgement combined with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills,
• leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop commercial teams.
• hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capabilities,
• high level of personal credibility, business integrity and market presence,
• fluency in Polish and professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• lead the company’s sales and origination strategy within the secured corporate lending and private debt market,
• originate and execute new short-term secured lending transactions in a real estate,
• expand the company’s lending portfolio by developing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term client relationships,
• leverage existing network of entrepreneurs, business owners, real estate developers, investors, family offices to generate high-quality deal flow,
• identify, evaluate and qualify new financing opportunities from initial contact through transaction closing,
• structure financing solutions tailored to clients’ needs in close cooperation with the investment and underwriting teams,
• build and maintain strategic relationships with key market participants and referral partners,
• monitor market developments and identify new sectors, industries and partnership opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy,
• represent the company at industry conferences, networking events and meetings with strategic clients and partners.
