Sales and Therapy Specialist, Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO), Central-North Poland

Abbott seeks a Sales and Therapy Specialist to drive commercial adoption of Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion therapies across Central and North Poland. The role combines account management with clinical support for interventional cardiology procedures, requiring collaboration with physicians and hospital teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and market share
• Provide technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures and deliver education
• Develop territory plans and lead commercial discussions to drive therapy adoption
• Build relationships with physicians, Cath Lab teams, and hospital stakeholders
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• University degree in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline
• Medical device industry experience
• Experience supporting Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, or Electrophysiology procedures
• Strong commercial and account management skills with business growth capability
• Professional English proficiency and native Polish language skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
