CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR INTERCOMPANY

Responsibilities

• Handle customers from multiple countries via defined channels.
• Provide information on prices, availability and replacements.
• Process, track and confirm customer orders.
• Monitor and update delivery dates.
• Create customer accounts and monitor incoming orders.
• Update price and material data in the system.
• Manage express deliveries from warehouses.
• Monitor open orders and backorders, informing customers about delays.
• Create and handle tickets in MCCP (claims support).
• Monitor customer receivables.
• Place of work: Psary (nearby Wrocław).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an international customer service environment.
• Very good command of English.
• Working knowledge of SAP system (P50) and MS Office‑Excel.
• Ability to identify and resolve potential problems.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work with a multinational team.
