About the project

Join an international project focused on the design and optimization of SAP-based maintenance solutions within a modern SAP S/4HANA environment. In this role, you will support complex maintenance and asset management processes by translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality SAP PM/EAM solutions.

This position is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines strong functional expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements within the SAP PM/EAM maintenance environment
  • Design functional and technical solution concepts for maintenance processes
  • Prepare and define customizing settings in SAP PM/EAM
  • Create structured documentation, including:
  • functional concepts
  • customizing concepts
  • configuration lists
  • management summaries
  • Align solution designs with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support decision-making by preparing presentations and management overviews
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions
  • Consider integrations and dependencies with adjacent SAP modules when required
  • Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices

Our requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP PM/EAM solution design and customization
  • Proven background in designing complex maintenance processes
  • Experience gathering and discussing requirements with business stakeholders
  • Ability to present solution concepts at both operational and management level
  • Experience collaborating closely with development teams
  • Very good command of German (mandatory) and good English skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
