Global Study Manager

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Global Study Manager to oversee clinical trial operations in a sponsor-dedicated model. The role involves managing day-to-day trial activities, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance across clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage clinical trial aspects including timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement trial protocols and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance with local, national, and international guidelines
• Make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent education and experience combination
• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical study deliverables
• Subject matter expertise in designated therapeutic area
• Prior clinical trial monitoring experience preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
• Legal right to work in Poland or Spain
