Twój zakres obowiązków

• creating and executing the ongoing marketing plan,
• planning online and offline campaigns to support traffic and sales,
• managing social media communication and supervising content creation,
• promoting events, concerts, seasonal campaigns and special activations,
• coordinating joint marketing activities with tenants,
• working with PR agencies, designers, photographers, creators and influencers,
• developing brand partnerships, sponsorships and barter collaborations,
• ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels,
• managing and monitoring the marketing budget,
• analysing campaign results and recommending improvements,
• following trends in food, hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment,
• developing new ideas to increase brand awareness and guest engagement.

Nasze wymagania

• has previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role,
• can independently manage several projects at the same time,
• has a good understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR and event marketing,
• is comfortable working with multiple partners and stakeholders,
• is creative, well organised and results-oriented,
• can react quickly to changing business needs,
• communicates confidently in English,
• is available to work on-site in Katowice.

Mile widziane

• experience in hospitality, gastronomy, retail, events or lifestyle,
• experience in marketing for restaurants, food halls, shopping centres, clubs or other high-traffic venues,
• knowledge of the local media and influencer market,
• experience in event promotion and partnership activations.

Hall Management is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join our in-house team and take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activities for a new food and entertainment concept in Katowice.

We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with a strong business mindset, manage multiple projects at once, and help us build awareness, increase footfall and keep the venue relevant and engaging for our guests.
