About the project

We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Support Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation & AI division, providing maintenance, support, and development services for automation processes operating in client production environments.

The main focus of this role is to ensure stability, continuity, and high quality of existing automation solutions, including RPA workflows and intelligent process automation platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor automation processes, robots, and orchestration platforms.
• Handle service requests and incidents in accordance with agreed SLA parameters.
• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate incident resolution with project, development, and IT teams.
• Oversee the availability and stability of key business automation systems.
• Implement enhancements and fixes to existing automations.
• Optimise processes for performance, reliability, and quality.
• Support testing, deployment, and migration of automation solutions across environments.
• Participate in handover activities from implementation to maintenance phase.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide progress updates as part of service delivery.

Our requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in RPA, Application Support, Production Support, or Intelligent Automation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator.
• Proven experience maintaining business processes and production applications.
• Practical experience in incident handling and production issue analysis.
• Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for project communication and client interactions.

Optional

• Flexibility to provide support during agreed afternoon hours or rotational service windows.
• Availability for on-call or scheduled service support based on client time zones.
• Experience working with international clients across multiple time zones.
