We are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead the transition of Credit processes from European markets into our delivery centre in Poland. You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end transitions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and high service quality throughout the migration.

This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, project teams, and operations to deliver successful transitions while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transition of Credit processes from two European markets into the Poznań delivery centre.
  • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and timelines.
  • Partner with client Finance, Credit, and cross-functional teams to drive a successful transition.
  • Oversee knowledge transfer, process documentation, training, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and manage transition risks, dependencies, and process gaps, implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and the Transition Lead.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and handover to operations, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU.
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the transition.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, governance, and customer expectations during all transition phases.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Finance transitions, with a strong focus on Credit / Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience managing transitions across multiple European countries and working with international stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Background in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, or business transformation environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments while driving standardization and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to travel
