We are actively looking for a Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team.
You will become part of an encouraging environment dedicated to guiding employees and their families through their relocation and mobility journeys. Oversee the preparation of paperwork for Polish visas and work permits, encompassing initial applications, renewals, and continuous status management Set up relocation logistics for employees and their family members to enable seamless transitions Support employees during settling-in activities in Poland, assisting them as they adjust to their new surroundings Serve as the primary contact for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees across the full relocation experience Deliver comprehensive information and on-request support efficiently and within the agreed SLAs Monitor and document the progression of relocation cases, providing regular updates on obstacles, blockers, and the related actions or resolutions Detect process gaps or opportunities for improvement and take the lead in strengthening the existing workflow Identify and resolve onboarding and offboarding matters to keep the relocation experience running smoothly Communicate corporate policies to employees and ensure adherence throughout all relocation-related tasks Update management on case progress, pass along stakeholder feedback, and provide statistical summaries of active cases Maintain full alignment with corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection standards, including GDPR, when handling personal and sensitive data Cooperate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as managers, HR, recruiters, vendors, and government authorities Keep close watch on important deadlines and proactively follow up on required next steps Produce high-quality results within deadlines, whether working autonomously or under supervision At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally within Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, or Travel Capability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement whenever needed Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities for seamless case management Quick learner with excellent multitasking capabilities and a proactive mindset in everyday activities Excellent planning and organizational skills for balancing multiple priorities at once Resilience and eagerness to work in a deadline-centered environment Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide array of stakeholders to achieve common goals Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with varied audiences Strong customer orientation paired with a commitment to service excellence Reliable stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care Applied background in working with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and business areas Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Teams for daily collaboration and documentation Openness to discovering and adopting AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, to enhance daily productivity Sincere interest in process optimization and increasing operational efficiency Strong written and verbal proficiency in both English and Polish (B2 level or higher)Oferta pracy dodana 14 godziny temu
