Must-haves: 

• Minimum 3 years of SAP FI configuration and implementation experience
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP FI implementations or strong experience as a Key User of SAP FI
• English and Polish at least C1 level️
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently 
• Confident communicator with customers 
• Readiness to work in a hybrid way- 2 days/week in Krakow 

Nice-to-have: 

• SAP FI certification(s) 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP environments 
• Familiarity with ITIL processes 
• Previous experience in SAP support roles 

Your future role

• Supporting system upgrades and enhancements  in line with ITIL best practices
• Collaborating with international clients to understand and address their requirements
• Troubleshooting and solving system issues efficiently
• Leading end- user training sessions
• Handling incidents, change requests, and  service tickets
• Configuring SAP FI modules to meet both legal and business needs
