Technical Project Manager SaaS

Responsibilities For a project delivered for an international client in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of tools and SaaS platforms in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines transition and project management with cloud-risk coordination, Identity and Access Management, documentation, governance and stakeholder management. Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new tools, software solutions and SaaS platforms. Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies and readiness criteria. Coordinate business, technical, security, compliance and external vendor stakeholders. Support cloud and on-premise risk assessments and coordinate mitigation activities. Coordinate IAM activities, including roles, permissions and access lifecycle processes. Create and maintain architecture, project and governance documentation, preferably in LeanIX. Prepare status reports, risk registers, readiness assessments and steering committee updates. Qualifications Experience managing tool, software or SaaS onboarding and rollout projects. Strong project or transition management experience in a large enterprise environment. Good understanding of AWS or Azure, including basic cloud security and access concepts. Understanding of IAM, role-based access and access-governance processes. Experience supporting IT or cloud risk assessments and compliance activities. Familiarity with LeanIX or a similar enterprise architecture or documentation platform. Very good English and Polish. Strong stakeholder-management, communication and reporting skills.
