  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, leasing, commercial real estate, flexible offices, serviced offices, hospitality, SaaS or a related industry.
  • Experience in acquiring business clients and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Knowledge of the Tricity business environment; experience in the local office or real estate market will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset and focus on occupancy, revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Very good command of Polish and English.
  • Readiness to work on-site in Poznań.

The new space will open in October and will be The Shire’s first location in the Poznań market. This is an opportunity to take an active role in building occupancy and developing the brand locally from the very beginning.
