CSR & Sustainability Assistant (Central Services of KIRCHHOFF Automotive)(m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support ESG reporting and sustainability-related activities
• Assist with customer sustainability questionnaires and assessments
• Support data collection for carbon footprint reporting (CCF/PCF)
• Help maintain and improve sustainability tools and systems
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and SharePoint content
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments

Our requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Power Point programs
• Good English communication skills
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Higher education or during studies
• No previous ESG experience required

Optional

• Basic knowledge of sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or reporting topics
• Experience gained through internships, student projects, volunteering, or extracurricular activities
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and digital tools
