Requirements

We are looking for a Consultant based either in Sri Lanka (full-time/part-time), preferably with experience in Adaptation & Resilience.

• You can be located anywhere in Sri Lanka; the position is remote.

• Travel is required for regular meetings with senior private and public‑sector officers within India or Sri Lanka, and overseas (including in the Maldives).

• Mandatory company retreats every 4 months.

• Willingness to work in IST (largely) with calls with collaborators in US East/West Coast time zones.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably managing projects funded by international development agencies (e.g., USAID). This role requires strong project management experience, business development skills, clear communication, and a genuine interest in working with climate tech startups. Entrepreneurial spirit and intrinsic motivation are essential.
