Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting daily accounting operations and financial processes
• Processing and posting accounting transactions in line with company procedures
• Verifying and reconciling financial data and supporting account reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end closing activities
• Monitoring invoices and ensuring accurate documentation
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements
• Cooperating with stakeholders from different departments and countries
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in financial records
• Participating in process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Around 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, AP, AR, GL, or a related area
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
