Regular Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting payroll operations while working in a hybrid model that combines office and remote work.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration and salary calculations.
Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end payroll processes.
Very good knowledge of Polish labour law, social security, and payroll regulations.
Hands-on experience with Enova365 (HR and Payroll modules).
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Main responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractors.
Prepare and maintain HR and payroll documentation, including employment contracts, annexes, certificates, and other employment-related documents.
Ensure payroll compliance with Polish labour law, social security, and tax regulations.
Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records in Enova365.
Cooperate with managers, employees, and external payroll-related institutions.
Support employee benefits administration.
Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding payroll and employment-related matters.
