MM Performance & Controlling Analyst (f/m/d)

This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as a MM Performance & Controlling Analyst (f/m/d ):

• Manage all cost reporting tools, templates, methods, and data in order to generate transparent reports for analysis and presentations.
• Perform cost reduction and cost management analyses using ERP (e.g. SAP) and relational databases in order to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Track analysis and changes in cost reduction management, and maintain database of ongoing projects and completed implementations.
• Create, edit and distribute cost-related monthly reports for business unit and executive management.
• Develop, utilize, and implement cost reduction methodology and tools (i.e. value analysis, supplier workshop, analysis of part family, cost structure analysis, cost calculation tools, and TCO analysis).
• Coordinate analysis and activities with cross functional teams spanning Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operational functions.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.

Your profile as a MM Performance & Controlling Analyst (f/m/d):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, cost analysis, supply chain management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with cost reduction analysis, methodologies, and techniques.
• Experience with SAP and PBI based reporting.
• Working knowledge of corporate logistics procedures/processes.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Superior analytical abilities with a high-level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
• Solid organization and time/project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
