About the project

We are looking for an experienced Training Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of training and knowledge-transfer initiatives within a global Finance Shared Services organization. You will own training initiatives from planning through execution and completion, collaborating with department heads, process owners, subject-matter experts, trainers, and participants. This role combines training strategy, project management, and hands-on coordination, including developing training plans, coordinating workshops, managing timelines, and using feedback to continuously improve delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Gathering and analysing training and knowledge-transfer requirements with stakeholders
• Planning and managing end-to-end training and knowledge-transfer initiatives, including timelines, milestones and delivery activities
• Coordinating workshops, training sessions, trainers, subject-matter experts and participants across teams and locations
• Monitoring progress, KPIs, risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Maintaining training documentation, collecting feedback, and continuously improving training effectiveness

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, training programme management, or a similar role
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate training or knowledge-transfer initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement; knowledge of LMS or other training systems is an advantage
• Fluent Polish, and very good command of English (written and spoken)

Optional

• Experience in a global Finance Shared Services environment
• Familiarity with training delivery methodologies
