Your responsibilities

• Coordinate material and empty container flows across Europe
• Plan and organize transports with suppliers and logistics partners
• Verify supplier orders and support daily logistics operations
• Resolve operational and SAP-related issues
• Monitor logistics performance and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare reports and analyses for supply chain operations
• Support implementation of new processes and system solutions
• Cooperate with internal and external business partners
• Participate in occasional business travel within Europe

Our requirements

• Very good command of English (B2/C1)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Proactive and responsible approach to work
• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business

Optional

• Knowledge of SAP ERP
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• German or another foreign language

Join our European Logistics team and help ensure the efficient flow of materials and empty containers across MAHLE’s production plants, logistics centers, suppliers, and business partners. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities, support logistics processes, analyze operational issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.
