Senior System Analyst | Integrations & Logistics Systems

Pełny etat

Silky Coders

Take a look in your wardrobe! You probably have at least one item from Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House or Sinsay. And did you know that you bought it thanks to us? For years, Silky Coders has been developing IT, e-commerce and data science solutions for the LPP Group, creating technologies used by millions of people every day. We also play a part in increasing customer satisfaction and enabling an ever-growing volume of online transactions. Our values are captured in the acronym FAST. It’s not just about the pace of work — it’s in our DNA. We work in an agile way, make fast and responsible decisions, test, iterate and deliver real value. Courage, passion and ownership of the outcome matter to us just as much as the quality of our solutions. We work in an AI-FIRST mindset, actively leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve the way we work and deliver value faster. We’re looking for people who want to work responsibly, have a real impact and help shape the way we develop technology used by millions of people. Senior System Analyst | Integrations & Logistics Systems Hybid: at least 3 days a week in Gdańsk or Warsaw About the team We develop two key systems supporting LPP’s outbound logistics, including shipments to stores and e-commerce customers, international transportation, courier integrations, commercial documentation, invoicing, and data exchange with external partners. The systems cover a broad range of functionalities and integrate with transportation, warehouse, invoicing and ERP solutions, as well as the integration layer. As a Senior System Analyst, you will translate existing business requirements into system logic and concrete technical solution proposals. You will design synchronous and asynchronous integrations, data flows, processing rules, as well as the handling of both standard and exceptional scenarios. Working closely with architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts and the development team, you will analyse the context of a change and then propose how it should be implemented at the system level. Your findings and decisions will provide the foundation for further discussion, implementation and testing. Documentation will be a tool for structuring and communicating the designed solution. We are not looking for someone who will only gather and document requirements. We are looking for a System Analyst who can design solutions, explain and justify their decisions, and refine them together with the technical team. What we’re looking for: You have at least 4 years of experience in system analysis, IT system design, or a technical role closely related to software development. You can independently translate business requirements into system logic and a proposed solution design. You have hands-on experience designing APIs and synchronous and asynchronous integrations. You can define data flows, contracts, validation rules, dependencies, error handling and edge cases. You have a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, and use data to validate system logic and diagnose inconsistencies. You create and maintain system documentation used by development and QA teams. You are comfortable modelling systems, integrations and processes using UML and BPMN. You have experience working with Enterprise Architect or a similar tool for system modelling and documentation management. You understand dependencies between systems and can assess the impact of changes on functionalities, integrations and data. You can present and justify your proposed solution when working with developers, QA engineers and architects. You work independently, while knowing when to consult others, and you feel comfortable collaborating as part of a team. You are fluent in Polish at C1 level and have English skills at B2 level or higher. You are ready to work from our office at least 3 days a week in Gdańsk or Warsaw. Nice to have: Experience in logistics, transportation or e-commerce, or working with TMS, WMS or ERP systems. Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL. Experience with microservices, distributed systems and integration layers based on ESB or message brokers, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Knowledge of asynchronous communication patterns, error handling and data consistency mechanisms. Experience analysing non-functional requirements and supporting the team throughout implementation and testing. Mentoring experience, knowledge of Scrum/Agile, Jira and Confluence, or experience using AI in analytical and technical work. What you’ll do: Translate existing business requirements into system logic and concrete technical solution proposals. Design APIs and synchronous and asynchronous integrations between systems. Define data flows, processing rules, validations, dependencies and exception handling. Analyse the impact of proposed changes on two key logistics systems and their connected solutions. Use SQL to analyse data, validate system logic and diagnose inconsistencies. Prepare system models, diagrams and documentation that provide a basis for discussions with developers, QA engineers and architects. Consult proposed solutions with the technical team and incorporate architectural decisions and implementation constraints into the final design. Support development and QA teams throughout implementation and testing. Identify edge cases, dependencies, constraints and system risks. Have a real impact on how logistics solutions are designed and developed. What do you get when you join us? Private healthcare on preferential terms – choose between Lux Med and Enel-Med.
