Lead BA, Hybrid: Retail Banking Transformation

GFT Poland is expanding and seeks a Lead Business Analyst who can combine deep Retail Banking knowledge with consulting maturity, senior stakeholder management and ownership. You will work on complex international banking transformation programmes across Poland and beyond, including cross-regional projects.

The role goes beyond requirements; you will shape analyses, advise senior clients, connect business needs with technology and delivery, and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
