Odoo ERP Specialist-Panama

This is a remote position.

Location: Panama City, Panama (Preferred) | Colombia (Remote with frequent travel to Panama)

We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in aligning business processes with Odoo capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance across operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on expert with strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and is open to frequent travel to Panama or potential relocation in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations , including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific operational needs
• Manage system integrations with third-party platforms and internal tools
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Train internal teams and ensure user adoption across departments
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system architecture
• Stay updated on Odoo releases, features, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.)
• Experience with Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, APIs) is highly preferred
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Location & Mobility

• Based in Panama City preferred
• Candidates based in Colombia must be open to frequent travel to Panama
