About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Our office is based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 120 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

About the Role

Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the organization’s master data. This role involves data governance, quality management, integration, and support to maintain a single source of truth for critical business data.

Key Responsibilities include

Data Quality Management:

· Data Cleansing: Identifying and correcting errors in the data, doing regular data quality checks

· Data Validation: Ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Data Governance:

· Policy Development: Establishing policies, standards, and procedures for data management.

· Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Data Integration:

· Data Mapping: Aligning data from different sources to a common format.

· Data Synchronization: Ensuring data consistency across various systems.

Project Management:

· Implementation: MDM implementation projects.

· Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress.

· Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving data management practices.

User Training and Support:

· Training Programs: Educating users on data management policies and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Management, or Accounting,

· Experience in data management, data governance, or a related role,

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

· Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy,

· Strong understanding on the master data architecture in SAP ERP in particular in relation to the master data objects BP (customers, vendors) and material,

· Experience with SAP MDG or other SAP related Master Data management tools is a plus.
