Your responsibilities

• leading the delivery of global claims transformation projects, from process optimization to advanced analytics implementation
• translating strategic frameworks into practical, market-ready solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
• partnering with local claims teams to adapt and embed Group standards in line with market regulations and realities
• conducting in-depth performance reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving adoption of best practices
• serving as a trusted transformation partner across key P&C lines, including Motor, Property, Legal Protection, and Liability

Our requirements

• fluent English
• 5–7 years of experience in transformation, claims management, or consulting with a focus on operational excellence
• proven success in delivering complex, multi-market projects to tangible results
• strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data and KPI interpretation
• experience influencing and collaborating across diverse functions and geographies
