Your responsibilities

• Prepare statistical forecasts across the assigned portfolio,
• Working closely with demand planners across Europe to reflect market trends and strategy,
• Use the analytical, marketing, and sales data of an item/customer/brand to effectively estimate future product demands for a short-term (1-6 months), mid-term (7-12) and long-term forecast (13-18 rolling months),
• Lead monthly Forecast Accuracy Review Meetings with markets with proper root causing & action plan alignement
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities,
• Work hand in hand with our system experts to ensure all IT capabilities are utilized on the journey to predict the sales trends,
• Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy,
• Have the autonomy to challenge when necessary.

Our requirements

• A university degree in Econometrics, Statistics, IT or other data-related science
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, deep understanding of statistical models
• Decision making skills based on analyzed data
• Advanced in MS Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting, including dashboards’ customization if needed
• Experience in demand forecasting and working knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse) is an advantage.
• Self driven and pro-active

About the role

As a Demand Analyst, you will play a key role in the demand planning process, supporting the organization in making data-driven business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to create and continuously improve sales forecasts across different time horizons, while incorporating market trends and business strategy.

This role combines data analytics, international collaboration, and real business impact. You will work closely with Demand Planning teams across Europe and actively contribute to optimizing forecasting processes and tools.

We are looking for someone who can combine strong analytical thinking with a business mindset, is confident challenging the status quo, and is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

A 12-month contract with the possibility of longer cooperation.
