The Opportunity
As a Senior within the HRT, you will help organizations transform and optimize their Time & Attendance and Workforce Management capabilities through strategic advisory, process transformation, operating model design, and technology enablement initiatives.
German language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and business leaders to assess current-state processes, design future-state operating models, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, governance, compliance, employee experience, and workforce productivity.
In addition to client delivery, you will play an active role in practice development, solution innovation, and proposal support activities, contributing to the growth and maturity of the HR Managed Services practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
Advisory & Transformation
- Assess current-state Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Design future-state processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Support HR Shared Services, GBS, and HR Managed Services transformation programs.
Process Improvement & Technology
- Lead process standardization and optimization initiatives.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, playbooks, service catalogues, and RACI frameworks.
- Identify automation, digitization, and self-service opportunities.
- Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Analytics & Governance
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
- Analyze workforce and attendance data to generate business insights.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and governance reports.
- Support operational reviews and stakeholder governance forums.
Practice Development & Business Growth
- Contribute to HR Managed Services offerings, methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
- Develop reusable consulting assets, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Support thought leadership, market research, and capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, and business development pursuits.
Skills and attributes for success
- German language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and HR Service Delivery.
- Experience in HR transformation, process redesign, and operating model development.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience developing client-ready deliverables and executive presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across client delivery and internal initiatives.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience supporting global HR transformation or managed services engagements.
- Exposure to HR Shared Services, GBS, or outsourcing environments.
- Experience in workforce management transformation and service delivery optimization.
- Experience supporting proposal development and business pursuits.
- Prior involvement in RFP/RFI responses and managed services solutioning.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to HR technologies such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

Working model
Hybrid working model consisting of 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely, with office location in Katowice and occasional business travel, depending on project and client needs.
