Assistant Brand Manager PL&EE

Your Tasks

• Closely collaborate with EE Marketing Team and Country Brand Marketing Teams for qualitative and timely execution of EE assortment maintenance: NARTs set-up/article configuration in SAP, data input to internal systems, artwork creation process within EE to secure smooth L/RL and products availability
• Support preparation of presentations, databases update, data analytics (external and internal) to monitor and steer business performance. You will use MS Excel, Power Point, B.one & SAP (PLM & SRM)
• Support organizational tasks, such as preparation of meetings & events,
• Within global & regional frame and based on consumer insights & commercial data, supported by Group Brand Manager co-create EE and local marketing activation plan for Hair Care and Styling, incl. assortment steering (L/RL/gap closing) and activation program to secure KPIs delivery (NS, profitability, share)
• Closely collaborate with local commercial team to ensure cross functional alignment and steering of the brand performance throughout the year
• Own and steer budget (related to products maintenance and respective category, allocate investments in line with local strategy and within MU & Regional guidelines
• Contribute to the local leadership culture and actively drive Team engagement

Your Profile

• Completed University studies with a specialization in marketing, advertising, consumer behaviour or market research
• Min. 1 year experience in Marketing (FMCG experience, cosmetics/beauty experience a plus)
• Results and performance driven personality with entrepreneurial mindset and high proactivity to drive business opportunities with high sense of responsibility (own the business)
• Awareness for culture and ability to adapt to different cultural environments with strong soft and interpersonal skills
• Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Accurate and meticulous while performing tasks and steering projects
• Open, flexible, stress resistant personality with N enthusiastic “can do” attitude, solution oriented, eager to take on responsibility, with passion for success & challenges
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in English and Polish
