Software Security Technical Delivery Lead

• Strong engineering background: 10+ years in software development, with recent hands-on experience in at least two of: Java, Python, Node.js, Go .
• Expertise in GCP services : GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional squads (Frontend, Backend, SRE) using Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder management: Handle dependencies across related initiatives while managing delivery priorities.
• Practical DevSecOps experience : managing secrets (KMS), implementing container security, compliance-as-code.
• Data-driven approach: Leveraging DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes) for continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• FinTech or Security background (operating in regulated environments).
• GCP cost optimization and capacity planning experience.
• Broad problem-solving mindset with holistic architecture vision.

Our environment is polyglot ( Java, Python, Node.js, and React ) and we need a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead with experience not only in delivery management but also in DevSecOps practices, security compliance, and scalable architecture .

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery orchestration , ensuring security is baked into delivery pipelines, risks are assessed early, and open-source adoption is driven in a strategic, cost-effective manner.
