Lead DevOps / SRE Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native application environments , including deployment, scaling, and operations
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes (cluster setup, workloads, autoscaling, high availability)
• Solid experience with AWS , including resource management, security best practices, and cloud-native services
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Ability to use at least one programming language ( Python, Go, Java, Node.js ) for automation and tooling
• Experience in incident management , troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis
• Familiarity with SLI / SLO / SLA frameworks and error budgets
• Experience with cost optimization (FinOps mindset)
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (18/7, occasionally 24/7)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and support developer enablement

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., Aim42)

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and operations , with strong ownership over platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency. You will act as a technical owner and trusted advisor , shaping platform direction, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value.
