This role will have a direct impact on how HR systems are configured, governed, optimized, and adopted across the organization., , As a Global HRIS Senior Specialist, you will act as a global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone LMS. You will configure and enhance HR systems, manage global release activities, support integrations and reporting, and partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities, Act as a global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Reporting., Configure, maintain, and enhance system settings in line with global HR policies and operational standards., Evaluate change requests and system enhancements, balancing global governance with local business needs., Provide advanced HRIS support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root-cause resolution., Lead global SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, documentation, and deployment., Ensure high data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR., Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge-sharing materials., Support system stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives across global HRIS operations., Support global reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics, including Story Reports., Partner with IT and vendors to support and monitor integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR or business systems., Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through system improvements, automation, and better data flows., Translate HR needs into scalable system solutions, reports, and process improvements., Oversee the administration and strategic development of Cornerstone LMS., Ensure effective learning program delivery, compliance tracking, and reporting., Support system improvements that strengthen learning operations and user experience., Collaborate with HR and learning stakeholders to align LMS capabilities with global business needs.

5–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, administration, and operational support., Practical experience with modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Reporting, and People Analytics., Experience working in a global or multi-country HRIS environment., Strong understanding of HR system governance, release management, testing, documentation, and support processes., Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance., Good understanding of data privacy requirements, including GDPR., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis., High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality in HR systems administration., Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global operational environment., Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders., Continuous-improvement mindset with strong interest in evolving HR technology and enterprise systems., Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
