Position

IT Manager Europe – Lead Digital Transformation & AI Innovation

Location: Poland (Poznań) | Scope: Pan-European

What you will do

• Help define and execute our digital transformation roadmap (data, analytics, AI)
• Partner with business leaders to align IT with strategic goals
• Lead & execute IT and ERP projects from concept to implementation (on time and within budget)
• Drive standardization and support the rollout of Sales & Marketing systems across Europe
• Ensure best-in-class cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
• Build a future-proof IT landscape that enhances performance and customer experience
• Optimize internal capabilities and external partnerships

What you bring

• Experience in an IT leadership role (international is a strong plus)
• Experience in a goods-manufacturing environment is essential
• Interest in developing further in strategy, digital transformation and AI
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, BI (Power BI), and system integrations
• Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing technology ecosystems
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• A strong hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset with the ambition to grow.
