Your responsibilities

• As a Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for projects in Norway and other Scandinavian markets
• Proactive sourcing through job boards, social media and internal databases
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
• Conducting initial outreach and screening interviews
• Verifying candidate qualifications, experience and availability
• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate candidate records
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume projects
• Fluent English (C1+) and Polish (C2 / native)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Optional

• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish)
• Experience in international recruitment
• Experience within construction, industrial or technical sectors
